Hello Everyone,

Team Pictures will be held June 2nd, 2022 at the Vegreville Centennial Library Gym (4709 50 St, Vegreville, AB T9C 1R1). Times are scheduled as below:

  • U7-1 is 5:00 pm
  • U7-2 is 5:15 pm
  • U9-1 is 5:30 pm
  • U11-1 is 5:45pm
  • U11-2 is 6:00 pm
  • U13-1 is 6:15 pm
  • U13-2 is 6:30 pm
  • U13 Softball is 6:45 pm
  • U15-1 is 7:00 pm
  • U18-1 is 7:15 pm

A few important notes to remember:

There will be no paper forms to fill out this year. Instead, there will be a digital link emailed to you (once it is provided to us) that will have player information to fill out. Please complete the digital form by the deadline provided. The link will also contain a shopping area for picture orders and will have all picture order details.

Please arrive at least 15 minutes early with your young athlete(s) in full uniform. There is a very small bathroom there for changing if absolutely required. No cleats are permitted in the Library Gym, so please wear regular running shoes. There will be a staging area for the Team Members. Please find your Team and wait in the designated area until your Coach/Team is notified.

Jersey’s for Coaches and Team Managers have been requested, but one year we had limited amounts of Jersey’s that actually fit, so please use your judgement and dress to be picture ready just incase.

Thank you for all your cooperation and quick responses for entering the Jersey Numbers in TeamSnap! It was extremely helpful and very much appreciated. Although pictures will go quickly and may seem rushed, don’t forget to have fun during the process and bring your best smiles. See you June 2nd!
